This particular instrument was on a table labeled working test instruments and came just as pictured. I don't have anyway or knowledge of testing it other than powering on and seeing what comes up the screen as displayed in photos. When I arrived at the lab 80 percent of instruments were labeled either working, not working or discard and some all.
