For sale an Opto Power Corporation OPC-25BQCW-STK Diode Laser, Serial Number NASA1. If it isn pictured or mentioned you can assume is not part of the sale. Unfortunately the surplus folks stuck their sticker over top of Opto label on container its in and removing that destroyed evidence so to speak. So presumably a prototype produced for NASA, but I have no way to back that theory up.
I have listed this as for parts or not working only because am selling it more a bit of laser history than anything else. For all I know it works great and as you can see has a copper block over the laser surface to protect when not in use, so would guess they wouldn have bothered with that if was dead. One thing that remains is OPC-520 but if this was a one off for NASA they probably just used the container from an existing model. I am almost positive about the OPC-BQC part of model number, W-STK is a bit guess even after manipulating pictures.
