Includes the water filter system. I don't know what LC is but there is a connection on the back for LC solution, so I am guessing the absence of LC solution is why the alarm is sounding. Very nice Medivator cer 2 countertop scope processor.
The Medivator powers up and appears to work. This was removed from a working clinic. When I put it on automatic the LC level low alarm sounds.
