Details:

I was wearing a proper grounding strap when extracting the laser diode array, so know didn't kill it via ESD static discharge ; theres very reasonable chance still works just fine. The listing includes the original wiring harness as shown in images. I'm not 100% sure of the output power from laser diode package as I lack required driving circuitry to test it; however, original lasers was 500mW 1064nm, expect this pump be 1W 808nm. I did quickly buzz / test out the electrical connections with a multi-meter and didn't notice anything alarming.

Optical breadboard and laser casing are not included in the listing; listing is for diode assembly only. The laser diode array was removed from a retired Coherent DPY201II laser; the last three images show original housing this extracted and are not included in listing.
