Metal tabs on side are for hanging it wall. 5 gpm this is a new unused older model of the Aquafine liquid sterilizer line. Looks to be hooks up with about 1/2 id tubing includes a special wrench for loosening and tightening the compression nuts.

Paperwork found inside was sealed but open to find out the info on installation, use and maintenance. Both lights turn on now when plugged in because no tubes are installed. Includes boots to be installed on ends of lamps and cover the sockets. 2 GE g8t5 germicidal lamps included.

They look fine but because of their age I don't guarantee the life them. 2 warning lights that light when tube goes out. The loop of tubing connecting chambers may need to be replaced as it is showing some signs age. Includes extra o rings for compression seals on ends of quartz tubes.
