It turns on when you plug the unit in, and the motor will spin when the dial is turned, however the small belt that turns the magnet is broken.

This item does not function properly and is being sold for parts or repair as is. This item is in okay cosmetic condition. Everything else works perfectly fine, it just needs to have the belt that turns the magnet replaced.

There is a decent amount of ware including paint rubbing off, scuffs and scratches, and other signs of normal use.
