There are a very few areas where there are some minor rub marks. Has the model number on the label, but I cannot trace it to its manufacturer. Some of the silvering the mirror coating which is typically aluminum, not silver is pitted, but only around the edges.

It's hard to photograph this thing correctly, as you might guess it's a mirror. Size is closer to 300mm x 300mm x 6mm. There is some dust on the mirrored Surface.
