I bought it at a vintage garage sale. Here is some information based on what I see and from reverse image Google searches: 5 Prisms unbranded. 2 Miry Optical lenses in white screw top cases 31-A, 31-C. Double Convex Lens 11 x 11mm FL 22.5mm.

18 lenses no metal rim of varying shapes and thicknesses 2 which are in a brown paper envelope stamped as Edmund Scientific Co.
