Hand tighten. Run the 14' tubing lead to the sink drain behind the cabinets, in the sub base, etc. Tighten any loose fittings.

Trim if necessary. Remove existing status steam collector bottle.

Its easy to install kit comes with enough tubing to run from the statim to the bottle and then into the drain. Place with Dci bottle in the same location. Route the 14' lead tubing from the bottle up and back down into the compression fitting. The water should be changed or checked every 2 months or when needed.

Make sure the foam adhesive is attached to the clamp to seal the connection. Connect the 7' lead to the back of the statim at the steam exhaust port the water issued to cool the copper tubing to create the condensation process and does not come in contact with the steam from the statim.
