Oddly, it doesn include an actual cable to plug into the wall. I opened it once or twice to take a look at and then sat on shelf for year. My Price $375 plus shipping. Edmund's Price $620.

It includes the controller, power supply, cables, mounting kit, etc. I bought this OBIS Controller almost exactly a year ago directly from Edmund's. I ended up not needing it. Its just a standard power cable.
